We support your professional development into leadership roles. Internal training and targeted further education optimally prepare you for positions such as foreman or master craftsman. In addition, we have our own trainee programs that prepare you for specialist and management positions.

What documents do you need from me for my application?
We want to make the application process as simple as possible and reduce the required documents. We need your resume to get an impression. A few words about your motivation help us to get to know you a little. You can submit certificates/diplomas later – however, they help us in assessing your qualifications.
What happens after the application?
Once we have received your application, we will send you a confirmation of receipt. Your documents will then be reviewed by the hiring manager before you receive feedback. Please give us a little time (1-2 weeks) – operational business does not always allow for prompt feedback, but we will definitely get back to you. You have our word!
